Children eat sugary, processed foods on a daily basis and aren't able to get over their sicknesses. The easiest way to stop the illness is to avoid sugar altogether.

Remember, you're giving your children the construction blocks for the rest of their lives. If you fill their bodies with sugar and other junk food then you will be construction weak children. You may not see the effects until they are older but, believe me, you will see them. Just as a house built with poor materials will fall apart before its time, so will a child built with junk food.
